With over 5 years coaching experience, Michelle combines her sports nutrition background with body image support to help clients fuel and nourish their bodies effectively for training and beyond.
Dr Phoebe Gray
PhD Psychology, Personal Trainer
With almost a decade of personal training experience under her belt, Phoebe is passionate about supporting clients perform their best, and improving their body image (which was the focus of her PhD!)
